Pyro provides software tools that enable users to interact with onchain promotional and sponsorship mechanisms between third parties.

Pyro does not act as an agent, broker, intermediary, advisor, or fiduciary for any user, and does not control or guarantee the actions or outcomes of any interaction conducted through the Platform.

You must be legally permitted to use the Platform under applicable law.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• Your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• You are not located in, organized under the laws of, or acting on behalf of any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, embargoes, or similar restrictions
• You are not listed on any sanctions or restricted persons lists maintained by applicable authorities

You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful.

The Platform is non-custodial. Pyro does not hold, control, or manage user funds, digital assets, or private keys.

You are solely responsible for the security of your wallets, credentials, and transactions. Pyro cannot reverse, cancel, or recover transactions.

All interactions conducted through the Platform occur directly between users or via blockchain networks and smart contracts not controlled by Pyro.

Transactions executed onchain are irreversible. Pyro does not guarantee availability, functionality, execution, pricing, or results of any transaction.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes legal, financial, tax, investment, or other professional advice.

Pyro does not endorse, promote, or evaluate any tokens, content, users, or transactions accessible through the Platform.

You agree not to use the Platform in a manner that:

• Violates applicable law, including sanctions or export control laws
• Infringes the rights of others
• Interferes with or disrupts the operation of the Platform
• Attempts to exploit or manipulate the Platform or its underlying systems

Pyro may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Platform at its discretion, including where necessary to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

The Platform and its underlying software and branding are owned by Pyro or its licensors.

No rights are granted except as necessary to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

Pyro does not claim ownership over user-generated content or third-party materials made available through the Platform.

Use of onchain systems involves risks, including technical failures, changes in protocol behavior, and regulatory developments.

You assume all risks arising from your use of the Platform.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” Pyro disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

Pyro does not warrant that the Platform will be available, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pyro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Platform.

Pyro's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to Pyro, if any, for use of the Platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold Pyro harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.

Pyro may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Pyro may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
